You will receive 3 unrooted cuttings, already prepared to stick in propagation medium (i.e. sharp sand). Sweet potatoes are so easy to root, they even take roots in a glass of water!

These sweet potatoes produce large tubers with whitish skin and purple flesh. They are drier than the usual supermarket variety.

All sweet potato vines can be eaten as spinach.

Not frost-hardy but can be over-wintered indoors either as slips or as a plant.
