Plant supplied as unrooted cuttings. They are very easy to root, simply stick the cuttings in your favourite medium (i.e. sharp sand) or even root them in plain water!

This variety has pretty heart-shaped leaves and makes a nice groundcover.

Sweet potato ‘Northern Star” is bred to produce in cooler climates. That does not mean that this sweet potato can withstand frost, but plantlets could be overwintered inside. the flesh of this sweet potato is white but the skin purplish.

The leaves of this perennial root crop can be eaten like spinach.
