About This Plant

This is a herliom sweet potato we got at our visit at Zaytuna farm and we are very happy to share. As far as I remember, Geoff Lawton was given that sweet potato from an old local farmer. It is apparently very hardy (yes it is!) and very productive. I haven’t harvested yet and I let you know about the potatos later. The plants are very vigurous and the leaves are heart- shaped and it’s one of the cultivars that make a good groundcover. Just let it scramble under trees and grow as for any other sweet potato!
