By using the website and /or purchasing plants you acknowledge that the information given may contain errors, this includes the naming and labelling of plants and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Food Forest Plants shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

We may provide links on our website or social media pages, which does not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s). Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the state New South Wales or the Commonwealth of Australia.

We go into great lengths to make sure that all plants are labelled and named correctly.  However, mistakes do occur. Before you use or ingest any plant or product of a plant it is your responsibility to check the veracity of the name of the label.

Returns & Refunds:

We refund fully in case of a major fault, defect or breakage and also in case plants arrive dead. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Parcels declined by receiver at the point of delivery, and returned to sender, will NOT be refunded.

Any claim for goods not received, or damaged items, must be made within 10 days of dispatch date. After this time claims will not be acknowledged. Claims must be accompanied by a picture of the damaged/broken item.

Refunds are made by a refund against an original payment.

Food Forest Plants guarantees the delivery of a living plant. Once the plant is delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to keep it alive. No refunds can be given in case a plant dies in your care.

We also do not guarantee for the purchase of seeds. We do not refund seeds and we are not liable for any crop losses derived from our seeds either.

Privacy & Security

All personal information provided on this website is kept private and confidential. Names, addresses, telephone number and email are used to process and dispatch orders. This information is also used for us to send newsletters and other correspondence.

We do not sell, rent, share or voluntarily disclose this information to any third parties.

However, we cannot be held liable for forceful entering of our website through i.e. hacking or through authorities.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
