Ashwagandha is easy to grow, requires a sunny position with at least 6 hrs of sun, well-drained soil. It grows to approximetaly 1×1 m. Hardy to light frosts only – might die back. Grow as you would grow a tomato! Plant is supplied in a 40 mm pot.
